リース契約について。
弊社では、ファイナンス・リース、オペレーティング・リース、メンテナンス・リース等のさまざまなリース契約を用意しています。

ファイナンス・リースとは、最も一般的なリース契約で中途解約の出来ないリース契約です。
対象リースソフトウェアの保守、メンテナンス費用は別途ユーザーの方のご負担となります。

オペレーティング・リースとは、ファイナンス・リース以外のリース契約です。
対象ソフトウェアの残存価格を設定し、その差額をリース料として設定するた為、月々のリース料を低く設定できるというメリットがあります。

メンテナンス・リースとは、ファイナンス・リース又はオペレーティング・リースに保守、メンテナンス等の費用を含めた金額をリース料として設定するリース契約です。

システム開発ソフトウェア・リースの場合、開発期間に応じた前払いリース料が発生する場合があります。
